Q: How many calories does booster juice have?
A: Booster juice has less than 2-3 calories in each serving. Only 2 exceptions like protein booster and fibre booster has 30 calories.

Q: Are these safe for the child having allergy from nuts?
A: The customers having allergies from nuts should order smoothie with no sorbet and no Booster, or to enjoy one of our fresh juices, instead.

Q: Which juice contains gluten?
A: All of our Booster Juice Smoothies and Juices are gluten free. However, the Fiber Booster, Fusion Booster and Wilderness Booster have gluten products in them and should be avoided.

Q: Which booster juice contains caffeine?
A: Booster juice products that contains caffeine are Tetra Packs, Matcha Monsoon Smoothie, Matcha Teazer, Matcha Shaker and the Fusion Booster.

Q: Which smoothies are good for customers who have diabetes ?
A: There is no one answer for this question, as there are so many differences in diabetic needs. The best solution is to offer our customer the Nutritional Breakdown Binder that has the detailed information on each and every smoothie and drink that we serve. The customer can then find a drink that suits their needs. A few suggestions to help them with their decision may be made:
1. Try a snack size smoothie.
2. Try a fresh juice. The veggie juices will be lower in sugar than the fruit.
3. Try a Life Choice smoothie. These smoothies have no sorbet added to them, but do have extra fruit. The snack size may be suitable.

Q: Are booster juice safe for pregnant women?
A:  All the Boosters are safe for pregnant women. Just as some pregnant women should avoid Tylenol or and some herbals that are not recommended to be taken on a consistent basis when pregnant.

Q: Does booster juice have sugar in them?
A: The only smoothie ingredient that does have sugar added to it is our sorbets. If a customer wishes to reduce their intake of added sugar they may want to try their Life Choice Smoothies that do not contain any sorbet.

Booster Juice claims to be the largest chain of fresh juice and smoothies bars in Canada. The healthy food, juice and smoothies are composed of fresh and pure juice, fruit sorbet or vanilla frozen yogurt, frozen fruits, fresh yogurt and ice etc. The juice and smoothies bar sector is growing at an annual rate of 30% while the fast-food sector is growing at 3% and booster juice is meeting the need for healthy alternatives to fast-food.


Booster juice was started by two university students Canadian Dale Wishewan and American Jon Amack. They believe that the best way to grow the business is to focus on quality, something the store feels proud of achieving. Booster Juice was first  opened in Edmonton in 1999 and has grown to a wide extend of 170 locations Worldwide across North America from Victoria to St. John's, new-found land and Labrador, and from Los Angeles to New York.Moreover Internationally there are some locations in India, Saudi Arabia, Neither land and the United Arab Emirates ( UAE).While the fast food segments is growing at 5 percent each year, juice and smoothie bars are showing an active annual growth that reaches to 25 percent.

Moreover booster juice not only offers juices and smoothies but has more than three dozens of beverages on their menu. Each and every  juice has a nutritional supplements for extra boost called fusion.
